Yoshii initially works in a large laundry and sells items online on the side, with some success. He tries to make the most of his business by trading obscure medical products, handbags and collectible figures. Buy cheap, sell dear' is his simple capitalist motto. The story escalates when customers he has cheated track him down and come looking for him. A suspenseful thriller that explores the dynamics of modern society and the consequences of greed. Like Macbeth, the story is a tragedy.

Kiyoshi Kurosawa
