Bill Morrison has been working with archive material for over thirty years. He composes new stories with historical testimonial value from old film documents and gives space and visibility to people who are otherwise pushed to the sidelines. He works against forgetting in the knowledge that memories are fragile. Incident has received several awards and is a radical continuation of Morrison's long-standing work against forgetting. He lives in New York.
