In terms of textures, this is perhaps the strictest of Dufour-Laperrière's animations. An "M" made up of tiny but flickering film images dissolves and constantly transforms itself into new shapes. But it doesn't stop at these few building blocks – it's as if the growing shapes also generate the building blocks for coming ones.
